Looking For Free Pop Art Editor Which Doesn't Leave A Watermark

Hi there, I'm looking to some free and easy to use software which I'll be able to use to apply Pop Art effects to photographs. Pop Art Studio has some very interesting ones but the output contains a watermark. Any helpful links or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Have a look at paint.net. It is free and quite powerful. There also a lot of good tutorials including pop art.

Thanks meathenterpr. I'll give that a go. I'm still open to any other suggestions though.
