upgrade advice for adobe premere probe/cs5 creative suit

Lads a buddie of mine is in college and needs an upgrade that will manage Adobe premere probe and cs5 creative suit...
He has monitor and case,psu and all the rest,just needs a mobo,cpu,ram...(no gaming at all)
his current gpu will suffice...

now the budget aint great so this needs to be as tight as can be.....

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated by himself...

Tried to go for the best processor I could. Ended up being able to squeeze in a cooler too.

****e. You actually might want to change that. Had a brainfart when putting that together, apparently. OCing + H61 = no-no. Cheapest P67/Z68 board is ~€70, IIRC.
