I cannot find my income levy certificate anywhere. Who should I contact to get a copy of this?

You can ring your local revenue district (get the number for this on www.revenue.ie using the contact locator on bottom right hand side of the page) and they will be able to give you the details over the phone. If you need a physical copy I think you will have to go back to your employer.
