Getting Meteor sim to work in i pad 2 ???

hi guys any ideas how to get the sim to work/ activate it ?? my sister bought an i pad 2 last night in pc world with a meteor sim and she keeps getting told she has no data plan , their help line seems to be jammers and cant log in to the web site with number and pin that came with the sim because they are having it probs…

Have you configured the APN settings?

APN: broadband.mymeteor.ie
Username <blank>
Password <blank>

Make sure you have a data sim. The first sim I got from Meteor was the wrong type and the guy in the shop only realised the error after much faffing about.
