These tasks have very little to do with who gets fired and who eventually wins. It's mainly about who has got the most investible business behind them. That's whose gonna win it but they won't show us anything of it til the final!

i sincerley hope that joanne doesnt win , it would send out a terrible message that workplace bullying is beneficial for the bully , the woman is a horror , an arrogant , derganged control freak who like most bullys has projection as her favourite weapon , notice how she kept accusing eugene of always having to have the last word , two things are very wrong with this

1. since when is joanne eugenes mum , teacher or even boss , who does she think she is lecturing and judging eugene like this , this is a perfect example of the witches breathtaking arrogance , only she is allowed be argumentative , overbearing and dogmatic

2. she herself clearly always has to have the last word , this demonstrates the witches astounding hypocrosy and use of projection

she is a workplace bully in the classic sense and as someone who has been a victim of this phenomenon ( as a twenty year old overseas ) , i know the awful effect it can have , eugene seems like a tough nut who can take the slings and arrows but that is not the point , her winning would send out the completley wrong message that in order to get ahead , you need to be a hysterical control freak who micro manages the way everyone walks , talks and acts

Bill must have an idea who he wants to win. If it was purely on the task then Joanne would have gone last night. Susanne far to decent for this format. The tactics are really on show now from the likes of Eugene, Noel, Joanne, Sandra and Brian. At least the likes of Conor, Chris and Maurice have been consistent in their behaviours.

The standard is even worse this year, an ad for a phone company showing an old dear in tears wishing she could impossibly ring her dead mother wins ffs. I cringed at the 2 adverts and I didn't know any of the muppets, imagine if one of the were your kids, you'd disown them immediately.
Anyone else think that the person with the best, most profitable plan no matter how rubbish they are is going to win. Step forward Conor.

I presume you meant Conor? I think both Joanne and Eugene are guilty of this throughout the series!

A reference to some kind of drug we thought? and when you look at her nostrils.....
