i would say that you have never been there so

so the judge done him without evidence that he sat on her face. her back injury would be more related to him sitting on her stomach so the judge made rulings without any evidence and just took that woman's word for it.

I would imagine that the Judge had slightly more evidence to go on then you did from the newspaper article.

Her back injury was related to him throwing her on the bed and not him sitting on her face if you read the article properly.

And nowhere in the article does it say that she drove home. He had taken the keys from her earlier.
