Free vouchers from sky on joining?

    I signed up to Sky a couple of months back and was told that I would receive one for all vouchers, or something similar, can't really remember.

    Was hoping somebody could shed some light on this for me.

    With regards what Sky are like, I would imagine they would promise the moon and stars in order to get you tied into a contract,
    was hoping somebody knew something about this anyway.

    AFAIK Sky never had such a promotion,did you sign up direct with them or through a third party?

    I signed up at a sky stand they have in shopping centres.
    The girl we signed up with was saying that we would be sent some vouchers after the first bill, or something like that.

    That explains a lot-there was no such promotion with Sky.Just a ploy by whoever runs the stand to entice you to sign up.

    However some of the stands do run promos themselves-the one at Tesco in Wexford town used to give people who signed up a €40 voucher to spend in Tesco.

    Go back and ask at the stand for your vouchers and see what their reaction is.;)
