Prices for rose/lilly tatoo?

Was quoted at E250 for a lilly which is E100 more than the same artist charged for a bigger and colourful flower tatoo elsewhere,I'm just wondering how this rates?. What determines a price?. Also should I demand that he 'tops up' my last tatoo as there's the odd spec here and there where the colour was lost during the…

1. don't demand, you can ask, how would you like it if customers came into your workplace demanding things.

The shop might have a higher rate per hour, he might of under valued the last piece, might be more detailed
