I cam swear all i want and do so most of the day.
Since i am able to do it in a language no one else in the office understands and add a little smile to it, most think i am making them a compliment.

My language is terrible im always using the F and C words. I guess like most people i heard lots of it as a kid and we all get into the habit of it then. I ofton say im going to watch my language but when something goes wrong im off again.

I work in a school, bit of a double standard when it comes to swearing. When male teachers swear, nobody bats an eyelid, but if a female teacher did, it would be a huge shock and they'd probably be reported.

Nearly everyone swears like a trooper in the staff room though.

I try not to swear too much in general, and it depends on the office environment, and how the majority behave.

Reminds me of one time at school the teacher said " for f**k sake". None of us batted an eyelid but someone must have told cos next day he was in trouble. This was 25 years ago in a school run by the penguins so he was worried for a bit that his job would be gone.

i do, with staff and customers. the customers i swear with are regulars who know me fairly well so i know it wouldnt offend them because i swear like a sailors parrot
i even sweared in the interview for the job but the vibes i got off the boss were that he was down to earth and ordinary so i knew it wouldnt offend him. i got a call about half an hour later to let me know i had the job

A lady only swears when it slips out.

That could be taken many ways! ;)

But presumably it'd then slip out the way it was taken in ?

Hang on - are we still on-topic re talking about ladies ?
