Hey guys. Just wondering do you know how much would you be talking about ballpark for a taxi from carlow town to stradbally town for one person? I just want to know what a reasonable price for the journey would be incase I get someone taking the p''ss. This would be a weekday towards the evening. Thanks in advance.

By the meter and this: http://taxiregulation.nationaltransport.ie/for-users/tax-fare-calculator/ it reckons about €35 to €45. I imagine you could haggle a better deal at a rank though.

I know you specified taxi but bus would be cheaper. Check out the kavanaghs timetable

The Bus Eireann 73 also goes through Stradbally, it leaves the bus park in Carlow at 11.20am and 16.55pm Monday-Saturday and 13.45 and 22.00 on Sundays
