Download "Listen Back" Programs

Sorry if this has been asked before, have searched and come up with nothing. If I wanted to download the listen back programs on the todayfm or newstalk websites/app is there a way to do this? I cannot find .mp3 links for it. Just want to be able to put thelastword or some newstalk programs on my phone for offline…

I listen to newstalk podcasts on my mp3 i use itunes for them.
I havent been able to find the last word on itunes though
There is loads of free podcasts on itunes to listen too
I would highly recommend it
