Panasonic P50vt20:invalid condition

Hello,

Searched the net but nothing came up with my issue...

My TV worked fine until a recent upgrade/update (i guess) went on the unit.
I have lost few Picture'Settings AND PiP/PaP not working at all:when i select from the Menu,a grey/red message comes up: "invalid condition" !
Reset settings,plugged/unplugged cables,no joy !!

Before calling Panasonic,anyone here is having same issues !?
Also,if the TV is faulty,are they sending the engineer home or i have to arrange transport myself !?
If i have to do it,who is paying for transport and insurance during transport !?
If they send an engineer,how long !?

I hope that i do not have to send it over,as is only few months old,i hate going through the pain of sending somewhere ...at my expense time or money!
After paying the price...hmmm
