    Regarding Jameson,It is supposedly the favorite drink of Lady Gaga and Rihanna.The story goes that they have been mentioning it in interviews etc.in the last few years and sales have rocketed.Irish Distillers in Midleton cant make enough of the stuff at the moment.

    Gaga did a gig in Cork a few years ago, just on the cusp of famedom and drank in a pub in Glounthaune (small village between Cork and Midelton). Maybe she swung by Midleton and made a deal with the Jameson people there? Product placement...

    I doubt she needs the money. I'd say it's down to it being a damn good product more than anything.

    No it's not, it's not made in Kentucky, can't be a bourbon. It's a ****e Tennessee sour mash.

    Also, Bourbon is just a style of whiskey.

    I got a D in pass Irish in the LC (serious dunce's corner shít we're talking her) so am rather chuffed that I managed to spell her name right sans Google! :D
