Someone's piggy backing my e-mail on hotmail account since my friend opened a virus of some sort. I didn't open it but as my friend was in my address book it never flagged it as suspicious and then all my contacts got it forwarded to them but it says it's from me but it's not in my sent items?? any help on how to stop this as a lot of my contacts are businesses please???

Do you mean the email containing the virus was opened on your computer?

If it was you need to scan for viruses and remove any.

I would also change your password on your email account and any other accounts you use.

As far as stopping email being sent from 'your account' it's too late now, the spammers know your email address is valid as well as all the others in your contact list.

Spoofing the from address on an email isn't rocket science.
