Hi, I'm new and have a question as my first post so I hope that is ok?

I have a Georgian possibly Queen Anne revolving top, three drop leaf (handkerchief) table which I would like to sell. I have been looking at various auctions but am unsure where would be best to sell this.

    Thanks in advance. :)

Victor Mee Auctions, Cloverhill, Belturbet, Co.Cavan
(Salerooms located on the N54 and are signposted.)
    Tel: (047) 55076 or (086) 834 2806
    Email: mee.victor@gmail.com
    Ashgrove Auction Rooms, Ballybrittas, Co.Laois
Located in Ballybrittas, between Portlaoise & Monasterevin on the N7, approximately 45 minutes from the Red Cow Roundabout.
    Telephone: (057) 862 6290 or (057) 862 6698
    Email: info@ashgrovegroup.ie
The above are probably the handiest auction rooms to you and they are both are run by people who know their stuff - with donkey's years in the antiques trade - and would probably be worth contacting. Hope that's some help. :)

    Distance from Castlerea?

You recommended Ballybrittas (133 kms) and Belturbet (96 kms), Roscrea is 131 kms and Durrow is 157 kms.

Well God bless your persistence! I thought of the two most suitable salerooms in what I thought were the closest proximity - without looking at a map. Anyway I suspect that the best place may well be Ashgrove Antiques regardless of distance. :)
