Where to claim Flat Rate Expenses credit on Form 11

Hi, I'm filling in Form 11 on ROS. It all seems straight forward enough except that I don't see where to claim my flat rate expenses allowance. The allowance I'm claiming is for Engineering Industry, unskilled workers and skilled or semi-skilled workers who do not bear the full cost of own tools and overalls. My tax credit…

Hi,
I'm filling in Form 11 on ROS. It all seems straight forward enough except that I don't see where to claim my flat rate expenses allowance. The allowance I'm claiming is for Engineering Industry, unskilled workers and skilled or semi-skilled workers who do not bear the full cost of own tools and overalls. My tax credit certificate already includes this and increases the Rate Band 1 accordingly.
