Janet Devlin hair colour and eyemakeup?

I really want to get my hair dyed that colour and I'm just wondering what colour it is? I've naturally red hair. And my hair at the moment is a chocolatey brown. Would that hair colour come out on me? Also,what shade is Janet's hair in that picture? A mousey brown? :) In the photo,I LOVE Janet's eye make-up. Anyone know…

For the mascara, I would say 3 or 4 coats of a volumising mascara. You should get that look if you keep layering. The rest just looks like thick, black liquid eyeliner.

Her hair kind of looks how my red hair did when I dyed it blonde then put auburn dye back over it.
