Best Small Commercial Van 3k budget

As above folks, might stretch the budget to 3.5k. It wont get heavy work, light farming. Looking for reliability and economy, looking at connect, berlingo, caddy, opel combo etc. Whats the best? Thanks

Small trailer, nothing that a car wouldn't pull.
