Brake Calipers and Derailleurs mounting bolts

Hi, If you buy a new set of brake calipers or, say, a front braze on mechanism, do these components come with or without mounting bolts? What is the general practice for new and second hand components and finally - does this depend on components manufacturer or frame type?

yes.usually all bolts come with new. if buying 2nd hand-ask
