Hey, I was wondering do sms get sent to users phone when they purchase something online from BOI card?

You mean when you purchase online using a BOI credit card? Answer is no.

They can do when the purchase is suspicious it happened to me before the number had+44 at the start so i just rang the normal 1890 251251 and asked about it they confirmed i was making the transaction and let it go through.
