Hi. I use my Sky box to receive free to air UK channels, but in the last couple of days I can't pick up any BBC channel or Channel/Film 4. Is this an issue with my box, or does anyone know if there has been a mass migration from existing frequencies for these channels?

    TIA

I use a sky box (no card) to receive the free channels.
    I still have all the channels incl. BBC 1 2 3 & 4 and C4.
I'm afraid I can't suggest what might be wrong with yours.

What onscreen message do you get when you try these channels?

You could try unplugging it from the mains and plugging it back in again.

I use Sky box in FTA mode and its fine. Sounds like a cold reboot is needed.

I think they might have frequencies. Those channels used to appear in the Extras>other channels menu but lately I noticed that they've moved the channels to the main menu so they might have changed the frequencies of them too.

Ah - the old-turn-it-off-turn-it-on-again method. And it worked!!
Thanks a mill and sorry for posting in wrong thread!
