Would you have to pay rent on an apartment that the tennet has been forced to move out of due to water damage?

if you have had to move out until the LL does the place back up then the LL should be paying for your alternative accommodation while you are still paying rent, however if LL is not paying for your new accommodation then realistically you cant be expected to pay for alternative accommodation along with an apartment that is not liveable, if this is the case you may be able to break the lease without loosing your deposit

speak to threshold and see what they say
