how to wire GE external sounder

i bought an external sounder GE with a battery theres no info in the manual or online how to wire it up heres the following connections strb -,ext - , ext + ,bho , tl , tr, in the GE panel i have hc outputs , + and s1 with resistor between the two, c, sir tamp t,c,with resistor between the two aux power +,-,

It sounds like an adviser you have installed.
