Problems with installing Roxio Easy-Cap.

i have it all set up it just has a problem installing. it goes so far and then just stops and says that there's an error. done this around 3 or 4 times now. Also i can't see my screen through the component output when its through the easy cap? is this because its not been installed yet? it works perfectly when i connect it…

yes windows 7.

I have it now. i had to restart my laptop after installing updates which i hadnt done. havent captured anything yet. cant wait to get started with it.
