Technisat HDFS frozen

    Hi,
    My technisat hdfs box has frozen a few times in the last month or so. I've tried a fash reset, which has worked in the past (power and up button pressed as unit is plugged in) but now the display just stays on 'Factory Reset'
    It's still under guarrantee but the online store I bought it from 'Saortv' is now closed, tried emailing them but no response. Has anyone any ideas on how I might get technical help or where I can send the unit to be repaired. Thanks for any help.

    Sounds like a faulty box alright. Make sure you register it online with Technisat so you get your 3 year warranty then get on the blower to them and give out.
