    How do u force a sky callback or go into the settings on a new sky plus Hd box?

    Thanks am trying unsuccessfully to do a callback from UPC modem. Have tried changing prefix to 142 also not working

    Thanks am trying unsuccessfully to do a callback from UPC modem. Have tried changing prefix to 142 also not working


    Ok it let me save the 142 prefix but when I try too look at my account on sky active after it appears too be ringing free phone it comes back with error 105 I must have tried at least ten times now!? Can anyone help?

    call backs cant be done trough a modem as far as im aware! ring them up and get a mi done
