Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have read a lot of conflicting arguments for and against plunge pools/ice baths. Myself, have have found little difference, if any, from using them. I like to hop in to cool down from a sauna, but as for faster recovery?

Dose anybody find it noticeably helps them?

    I've heard/read various conflicting reports.

Like anything else, if it works for you then it works.

Quite refreshing after a session, they're always filthy though!

Never tried the ice baths, I've heard they're great though.
