    Fair point, apparently the reason in some of the press was because it was against a 10 man Everton, Spurs found it hard to break down a 10 men Liverpool, 9 men, no bother!

    In fairness they massacred you from the start of the game to the end regardless of red cards..Tactically were beaten within minutes and the changes were too late as you had lost goals and men tbh.

    They were by far the better team even at 11 v 11.

    Not that any of this rubbish argument proves anything on either side anyway.

    Worth pointing out that Carragher, who many here were calling finished & predicting that he'd be exposed today, didn't put a foot wrong & was always very comfortable. Maybe there's life in the old dog yet.

    Can't say who is supported more but am sure if you want to read every post in the match thread you will only find sprinkles ,if even that of bringing on Carroll, he wasn't even an after thought regarding this game which might be worrying for his near future career.
