Satellite Signal

The dish moved in recently and I am trying to realign it. I get signal strength & quality of around 70% the lock indicator says ok the network id is 002 with transport stream 07d4 or the network id is 013e with transport stream 1450 With the above I get no satellite signal is being received. Any suggestions?

thats the one you want for sky . if the quallity is at 70% you should have a picture.
try (once you have the network stream locked,) rebooting the box.

Might work.;)

network id = 13 e..... wrong satellite.. thats hotbird!!!
firstly move the dish to the east 15 degrees, lower elavation approx 5 degrees. SWITCH OFF digibox and switch on again ( sometimes they Lock if pointed at Hotbird). then you should find Astra 2
