particularly on boards.

Listen, I know scum when I see it. They wear sports shoes, they have tight haircuts, at any or one point in their lives someone in their family claimed welfare, they or their fathers have commited a crime against the law. They listen to loud music. They are not members of the gaa nor do they attend mass regularly. They usually come from urban areas. The smoke, they drink offlicence alcohol and have at one point in their lives, spat in public. They are the scum of the filth and nobody, ever deserves a second chance.

Probably wouldn't be what people would picture when they hear the word but I would say yes. When I was a kid I hung around the Central Bank with all the great unwashed and there were a few lads who, despite their alternative appearances, were nothing but scumbags who liked to randomly pick fights on people smaller than them.

Once saw a guy try pour a bottle of piss (yes someone was actually blasted with piss as much as it pains me to say it here) and when he reacted and knocked the bottle away he got some of the pricks own piss on the pricks shoe, who then kicked him full force in the face. That's a scumbag imo, despite lack the lack of the athletic chic look.
