[Share] Housemate needed for Dublin apartment (preferably TCD)

I have an apartment with a spare room going, it's located on Lower Mount street and would suit Trinity or DIT students (it's a five minute walk from the TCD campus)

It is a double room and the apartment is modern and has a seperate kitchen and living area. The rent is 400 euro per month.
I myself am a male fourth year in Trinity, tidy, and a non-smoker.
