Cookery/Baking classes in Cork City

Hi I'm interested in taking a cookery/baking course. Does anyone know of any decent ones in the city? I'm unemployed, so concessions (or even free!) would be good!!:D TIA :)

If you're unemployed I'd imagine fas do courses ?
St. johns college or the school (college) of commerce do courses.
For private lessons Brennans cookery school do evening courses , not sure if they do concessions though.
