Is there an android app, which allows you to view BBC video output, some programs are only for UK residents

On a PC, this is done by temporarily changing the IP address, so your IP looks like an English one

Yeah there's an iPlayer app for Android. I haven't tried it with a changed IP address but have tried it on my phone when I was in the uk and it worked pretty well. Only way to view everything is to go through a UK Proxy. There's nothing that'll let you view everything without one as far as I know.

filmon tv allows it but only live channels.
