    Hello,

    Trying to differentiate between the:

    Legislative
    Judicial
    Executive

    branches of the state.

I think Legislative is the Oireachtas - Dáil, Seannad, President.
I think Judicial is all the courts in Ireland - Supreme, High, Criminal, District.

As for the executive branch, I am very confused!

    :(

The Taoiseach and the Ministers despite being members of the legislative are the Irish executive

Ireland have a weak separation of powers between the legislative and executive brances

    Thanks Ciaran,

It was hard to determine that for sure when I don't know much about it.

    ;)
