We score first and we wont lose the game, if Armenia get the first we could struggle to get back into it.

Exactly why they should not play too conservative.

Ireland to win 2-0, not hugely confident but I feel the lads will get the job done. Strange to see Cox start ahead of Long, Cox has played good for Ireland so far but this is a higely important game and I would prefer the in form Long to play alongside Doyle, someone he knows so well too.

    Come on Ireland!

0-0 will do me. I have a few quid at 11.5 on it. That way even if they bore me to sleep I can wake up a happy man.

I abhor playing for a draw. It's silly and anyone can score with a minute to go if they put enough effort in.

We need to score. Multiple times, preferably. Either way I'm putting a tenner on Armenia @4/1, that way if we do lose my anger will be short-lived. ;)

I bet on Armenia too! Always do that against the teams I support. Makes me more confident they'll will win/draw as I lose money if that happens. I'd never be as happy to lose 25 quid again!

Will be sick if I have to collect 125 tomorrow, will be drinking money to drown my sorrows.

4/1 are huge odds, I see its most popular bet now on Paddy Power too.

Its impossible to call tonight, Armenia have looked class in last couple of games. They will have more of the ball, will be better passers, will of course dominate our midfield as everyone does. But can they break through that solid backline?? And hopefully McGeady and Duff can create something and we can sneak an ugly 1-0.

Speaking of McGeady & Duff, i can't see why Trap doesn't switch them over like he used to do at the start. McGeady more often than not beats his man on the outside, then ends up having to cross with his weaker left foot...hence why so many of his final balls are poor.
I see the point about cutting inside and shooting, but surely he can switch them around a few times. All gets very predictable after a while.

I'm not to bothered about Keane's absense tonight , he blows to hot and cold and misses more than he puts away so time for somebody else up front do the buisness and seize the day .

I think we'll get a draw, but Trap will have a shit lot of ammo thrown at him if we f**k this up.

    Come on Ireland!

I love the way Bill keeps referring to John Giles as "the senior analyst"

Not too bad, at least Keogh & Lawrence aren't there. Decent options there, just hope they are used correctly for a change.
