Cut the series of letters and numbers after the v= in the Youtube URL (in this case, yuC_4mGTs98).
Stick that in between the tags (I've put a space in at the last bracket, you take that space out, so that when it's put together, you end up with this:

for bold on the icons above from left to right all the way across to this icon

Do you mean when you say the video is here?
You highlight the text you want to be a hyperlink and then click the symbol of the world with a chain across it and enter the URL you want it to link to when prompted.
