I'd call it Houdini..... if it escaped from the black sack it was in and emerged from the river alive.

Its the classic story isnt it :P
    White couple, black baby.

I know this is only a "what if" thread op :P But I have to be honest, if I gave a white girl a baby and that baby was black. I'd walk and never look back. It wouldnt be no biological quirk :P (what 000.01% chance? :pac: )

    But imagine it :P
You love a girl, she says shes pregnant and you're going to be a daddy. 9 months later a black baby comes out? It would be enough for any man to hate women afterwards.

Reminds me of a couple on holidays this year, their son was chinese and they were Irish, nothing unusual there maybe they adopted. One night we were having a few drinks when the childs father told me that "seeing his son being born was the greatest day of his life"

His missus said she has been working for a chinese for the last few years. I think the poor fella ignored the fact his kid was chinese or blocked it out of his mind. Either way it wasn't his.

He more than likely knows and accepts the child as his own. I know a family in that situation (but easier in that the child is the same ethnicity as the parents). From day one the husband knew the child wasn't his but he said he loved his wife, wanted to stay with her and bring up the child as his own.

I couldn't do it, I could never love someone else's child as my own, especially if it was because my wife was cheating. Id probably hate the child, so the only path forward would be to dump the wife.

Maybe it was a reference to the All Blacks; maybe it was about a child who 'tans' easily: white during the winter, very dark, relatively speaking, during the summer. (Though not this summer, obviously)

Since you mentioned the gay child thread OP, you could try this. I suspect it might not work in this instance however.

Yeah, but hair colour is considerably different to skin colour.

Now a ginger black child, that'd be something.

I would be very proud because he would get gold in the Olympics for 100m sprint, become a famous rapper and he would be good at basketball and play in the NBA

...So, how would you feel if your child was black?

    I'd wash him!
    Anyone recommend a good soap?

Serious answer: Its my child - I'd love him/her equally - why not?

I've always thought that one of my siblings wasn't my fathers child. I think it's Susann, but I guess it also could be Jing Lu.
