what "league/standard" are an post team?

    In relation to the tdf teams what kind of standard do the an post team race at? and what kind of level would they need to be at to race tdf veulta etc

    Was reading somewhere that it would be the equivilent of division 3. There is the UCI pro tour teams (leopard, astana, the main tour teams) would be division 1. Continental tour teams would be division 2, An post are the next standard.
    I think, someone with more knowledge will give a better detail, i will try to find link about it.

    Edit: Actually might be division 2.

    The team is ranked 19 in the UCI european tour, and the world tour is the division higher than that.
