Cannot register for account online as I don't have MPRN

    Hi,
    I was signed up immediately to online billing with ESB and to pay by direct debit. My only problem is that I am trying to register my account online and it asks for the MPRN which is located on the top right of bill. But I was signed up for online billing so I have never received a paper one! Could someone please help?

    The Number is also on your meter....itrs a long 10 digit no approx

    Oh dear, I don't have access to my meter as I live in rented accommodation, would have to get the landlord to come out and open up the cupboard....

    I can check this out for you if you could advise me, by private message, of the following details for data protection/security purposes:

    - Account number
    - Name of account-holder
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder
    - Contact telephone number or email address on the account
