04-10-2011 02:10PM#1It seems Channel 4 have signed up for space on 1N "for HD channels" so we should be seeing some new HD stuff from them soon for free, probably Film 4 HD, More 4 HD and in time E4 HD. It's also widely accepted that Channel 5 will also move onto 1N and we will see Channel 5, 5* and 5 USA FTA soon with a possibility of Channel 5 HD as well. The satellite is over half way on it's journey to 28.2E and SES Astra say there will be broadcasts coming from 1N by the end of the month. It will be very interesting to see what launches for free on 1N between now and Christmas. All in all, it's a good time for UK and Irish FTA viewers.
