Is it possible to check the logs of farmland and/or switches? Twice in a row unknown miscreants have robbed the farms in Tallaght :(

It looks like fire damage. Is it possible that some lightning hit the roof?

Looks like glass has been knocked out too though

Nope, the panes have folded back up where they lost their surrounding (wooden) blocks.

It looks like fire(place) damage rather than lightning damage - that isn't a desert biome, so the fire would have gone out instantaneously due to the heavy rain. Still, always wondered at the wisdom of having roofs made out of super-flammable blocks... :o

If its possible to check the logs of broken/stolen blocks can an Admin please check the giant toadstools in Wicklow and Galway (the only ones I've checked so far tbh)? Banana (or possibly someone else, though he has been very busy of late) seems to be on a right auld griefer-thiefer spree against Aperture Laboratories holdings.

On a related note this is a final warning for the same griefer: please collect all your belongings and leave your Tallaght apartment immediately or bailiffs will break down the door and seize all your on-site assets as collateral against your recent crimes.

More elegant than assassinations, I find

If the toadstool, you're talking about is the one in the corner of the town, it was taken down because we hadn't seen anyone use it and it didnt have an ownership sign.

    apologies

Sure, even I'd forgotten about it until I came back to survey Wicklow for portal locations! :p It looked more like Enderman damage if anything! Much more worried/annoyed about the Galway one because the beds had been deliberately broken and I'd been using it as my respawn (and oh-so-coincidentally Banana has a house there...)

Did anyone ever find my 'house' near Dublin? Not sure if I should bother grabbing what little I had in it if it's been ransacked!

Anyone have opinions on our man made lake under Mountown? Keith's made 2 of them I think, all well above sea level.

  • Moderators, Technology & Internet Moderators Posts: 18,382 Mod ✭✭✭✭Solitaire

Layer of dirt across the whole area, cover in water sources, remove the dirt. Time consuming but not hard work, really. Ask Keith, he did 90% of the work. I helped out near the end and added a spillway and a waterfall just for aesthetics.

When all water sources are at the same level, all water below seems to take on the properties of source blocks for some reason. Flow is only noticeable at the fringes.

    At least in my experience...
