First sorry if this has been asked before ive tried looking for apporiate thread but i cant find one!!Moderators feel free to move if you want!

So im looking for an independent Ford mechanic in the waterford area as my Ford focus TDCI is giving me bother!please dont recommend Ford main dealers!Any suggestions appreciated!:)

Not a qualified ford mechanic but my buddy is in his 3rd year mechanics and drives one of these if you want him to have a look.
