Nice place for bbq - south Dublin or Wicklow

    The weather is great this week and weekend hopefully will be as good.
    I'm thinking about getting some barbecue from woodies/tesco/b&q etc. and find a nice place in the mountains/forest etc.

    I know I could go to Powerscourt Waterfall, but as I am going to invite a small group of friends, I don't want them to pay the fee (if it's possible at all).

    Ticknock looks like a good spot, but from the map I can see the picnic area is on the parking - not very attractive.

    I wonder if there is anything in Wicklow mountains.

    Well any ideas welcome.
