sky frequency codes for free to air channels

Hi All, I seem to remember getting the frequency codes for self tuning in extra channels like bbc 3 and 4 and all the itv on this site before but can't find them now. Would anybody still have them or have a link to where they could be got as I need to retune my box. Thanks

Perhaps the stickyed thread, called Tuning in extra BBC & ITV channels (and now Channel 4/E4/More4) may be of some use?

10803 h 22.0 5/6 = bbc4 it needs to be tuned after 7pm
