MyMemory.co.uk have a facebook store here and for purchases through here it says there is free delivery and a 5% discount compared to whats on their own site.

I haven't tried it yet but first impressions is that its dog slow and it doesn't have the todays corsair gtr 32GB 12 hour special.

Still might be worth remembering to check to save on postage.

    A 256MB card for £6.10. No thanks

I would rather use a Irish site: http://www.memoryc.com/

Good prices and fast delivery :)

I don't see a 256mb 80x sd card for sale on memoryc though. You should compare like with like, and don't come back saying you get a 1 or 2GB for less than £6.10 on memoryc, compare to a similar 1 or 2GB on my memory.

£6.10 compares well with what it is on amazon.

Mymemory will charge shipping, and it comes from Jersey so you might be liable for VAT, (and duty if over €150)

No duty payable if it comes from Jersey, as has been pointed out by a poster on a previous BA. I could not find anything to prove that poster wrong.

I think it's VAT you're liable for from the C.I.

Items less than €150 intrinsic value (ex. Insurance and shipping) are exempt from duty.

Items less than €22 intrinsic value are exempt from vat.

So theoretically that corsair drive at £21.99 would be subject to VAT but in practice customs are unlikely to open a small bubble wrap envelope from jersey but it you're getting something in a box be prepared to pay vat.
