Pair Card with box

    Hi just after getting a sky hd + plus box from a friend just wondering if there is a way I can pair my card to the new box or do I need to call sky to do this

    You'll have to ring sky....

    It's normally no problem for them to do it though.

    Thats very odd. They normally do it right away.

    If you have rang a few times and they haven't done anything for you then you need to ring in again and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor.
