What type of box is it? Freesat (i.e. connected to a satellite dish)?

    Brand and model number?

Might help someone give you an answer.

The music channels changed frequency over a month ago, the current settings are; 11307 mHz, vertical pol., SR 27500.

    Film4 is on 10714 H, SR 22000.

Unless you have a genuine Freesat box, these will have to be manually entered under 'tp settings' or similar, as will all such changes. Freesat & Sky carry out these updates automatically, generic 'free to air' boxes do not.

Freesat is a specific service provided by branded boxes, afaik Fortec aren't one of the makers.
