Problems with student credit card in Spain

Right now, I am in Spain, and my credit card initially worked fine in the atms over here, (its a mastercard). Then, it stopped working in all but a few. On my internet banking page, it says i still have a few hundred left, and even taking into account the money it may not have yet tallied up, (for some reason, it takes a few days for my internet balance to catch up), I should still have plenty left.

Has anyone had a similar problem? What should I do?

Call your bank. The number is on the back of the card usually.
