Best Free App For QR Codes?

I'm using WiFi Joiner on my phone + the companion website here to generate the relevant QR code for my wireless network and it works a treat - really pleased with it, but I'd also like a general purpose app for handling QR codes. Has anyone any recommendations? Thanks for reading.....

As in generating QR codes or just reading them?
Barcode Scanner is the best at reading Id say. Not sure about actual generating though

BarCode Scanner does what it needs to for reading QRs. It has some functionality for QR code creation, but I don't think it has a format for connections.
