just wondering is there any ip address free websites i can use, as im trying to access paypal but they have limited my account to my ip address, i set up a new paypal using proxy service but any payments i received i couldnt accept. any help greatly appreciated?? please. cheers

Why not just email paypal and get your IP unblocked?
